Here we go again!
I’ve had previous blogs chronicling my weight loss journey’s and I have always neglected them. I suppose it’s because I would fall off the wagon and then feel bad for even having a blog about it! This should be easier because it is by no means the main point of this blog.
Anyway, I don’t know how much I weigh at the moment. I don’t really want to be a slave to the scale. Or at least I don’t want to be until I feel I have gotten into the flow of things.
My plan is to do I bit of simple healthy eating. And I’ll also throw in a bit of exercise too. I’ve already started pinning a lot of healthy meal ideas to Pinterest but I need to work out a way to make it cheap too. I always found that eating healthy seemed to cost a lot of money so I want to make it as cost effective as possible.
I think I have around 40-45lbs to lose to get down to what I think would be a good weight for me. I go on holiday to Orlando, Florida at the end of October so that gives me 8 months to lose it which is a mere 5lbs a month. I really think I can do it!
If anyone has ideas on what I can do for lunches at work, please let me know!
